You should contact PC World in this regard. If the computer you bought came with Norton installed and they replaced the entire PC then they should install Norton. If however they only got Notepad working again then Norton should still be on the PC. You may have to re-install it yourself.

Your post gives no details and I'm only guessing at your problem. You should pay more attention to posing your question thoughtfully

You do not need Norton360 crapware, M$ Security Essentials is FREE and far superior.

Googling is quicker than waiting for an answer....

Or AVG or Avast but not Norton or MacAffee.

I used to think that Peter Norton was a geek god. Sadly some of the Norton named stuff isn't close to what it could be.

There are plenty of good choices. If you want the original then contact the company that fixed your system. It may be that you have it in your original install somewhere.

It may be that you did an electronic download and can get a new copy online.

As above a free suite like security essentials is a must at all times.

A Pit Bull is like a gun you can pet. And there is no safety on it.

I understand that newer versions of Norton are no longer the big bad wolf that the old ones used to be.

Having said that, there are good freebies around, in particular those already mentioned. Avast or MSE would be my choice too.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks
