Hi tneubs,

Is it that you are unable to download or you are unable to install the downloaded application?
Since when are you facing this issue?
Did you install any download manager tool(Internet Download manager or Go!zilla)?

Perform scan using the antivirus installed on the system.

Thanks & Regards

Download and Save it as a file rather than running it. Let us know if that causes an issue. Assuming that goes OK let us know what happens when you double click the file to install it (including exact error messages).

It is good practice to use this two stage method because your browser is not running when you attempt install. It also helps you to find exactly where things are going wrong.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

So you can download the file but then it won't install when double clicking it - is that right? We need exact error message samples as requested.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hi tneubs,

Please perform virus scan on the system using Malwarebytes. Click the link mentioned below to download Malwarebytes:

Did you try opening the file from the download location?
