Norton Int security renewal purchase problem

i purchsed the renewal on 3/27/10 it was charged to my credit card and it is telling me i have 3 days to renew and i paid $53.99 for 1 year. I have a confirmation number

try your Live Update (if they still call it that) it should get the Ok from them. If it does not help, call Symantic.

personally i would dump norton and use a free anti virus, like MS security essentials.AVG etc etc..;-)

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....

I agree with dumping Norton, I did a few years ago, and my old XP machine ran better for a few extra years. Norton Utilities uses too much resources and did not work as well for me. I have heard good things about the free software listed above, but I have used Webroot's for a number of years now with good results. Nothing is fool-proof, but I like non-obtrusive results, with flexible settings.
I get a 1 year for 3 machines for a little more than that.
