You need to install the wireless adapter driver before able to use it. If you have not done it, go to this Toshiba website to download the driver.

Think there is built-in wireless adapter on this Toshiba laptop, I found it on this laptop spec page. Feel free to take a look.

Your Toshiba comes with two DVDs - one for the operating system and one for drivers. Use the driver DVD to install network driver.

Thanks,
The computer came with no CD - all files are in hidden partition to restore from it.
it is not posible to go to drivers and so on.
I know that the computer came with built in Wifi adapter but in the dtata sheet it is not spesified which factory and model....
So I am in the same position.

Well my Toshiba out-of-the-box came with two DVDs - which is why I made the suggestion above.

Thanks,
The link point to document about driver...and from there you can not download.
When I tried to find something to download - there is no T130 model ( nly T135 ).
Thanks for your help.
I send my computer to Toshiba Lab ( I hope they will fix it in short time ).
I didnt expect that new comp with 2 month will be in lab for long time .

You dont need to send it anywhere it looks like just a driver problem

Hi ilanf,
I've just geted the same problem with my T130-10G exactly as
you described.
Suddenly, the WIFI adapter disappears from the computer.
Even with driver reinstallation there’s no WIFI adapter.
Did you get success fixing it?

I did format to the comp and when it doesnt fix the problem - I send it to TOSHIBA LAB they fix the problem by replacing the WiFi build in card.
Now it is OK
Send the comp to lab to replace the WiFi net card - No charge for it.

Thanks ilanf,
I did format it too and couldn’t get the problem fixed.
It seems I've no other choice unless send it to the lab.

Hi Mozart,
Yes we did all what we can ( software ).
I think that you have the same WiFi net card "dead".
So send it to lab.
After it will came back, please, let me know what has been fixed.
Good luck
