Specs: Windows 7
I`M having problems with a recent installation of Windows 7, I have no sound and get this an error message"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because there is a problem with your sound device. There might not be a sound device installed on your computer, it might be in use by another program, or it might not be functioning properly."
divice manager shows all driver full.I had sound before with XP but none now ? Thanks

Here is the realtk high def audio driver that Win 7 uses. Download it and install it. Then open the software and configure your speaker output.
