no sound when i record a movie

Specs: Windows 7, 500
MOVIES PLAY JUST FINE ON MY COMPUTER .. BUT WHEN I RECORD A COPY TO WATCH ON MY TV THE SOUND IS NOT TRANSFERED ..THE PICTURE IS GREAT BUT NO SOUND I HAVE ALSO TRYED USE DIFF PROGRAMS BUT SAME PROBLEM NO SOUND

How and what are you recording to? Are you creating DVD's or?

tryed express burn and it did the same thing.. but i use window dvd maker from my computer

Hi, I don't know what programs you are using to record sound from DVD on your computer. Before you start to record, you need to check that you can hear the sound from DVD well, and then you could search for a DVD recorder to record it straightly.
