No Safe Mode with command prompt for netbooks

June 7, 2011 at 12:37:48
Specs: Windows 7
This is on a Netbook. I used F8 and it gives me the choice. I choose safe mode with command prompt and it just goes right into Windows at that point. I've tried every form of safe mode and it bypasses them. Can Netbooks not be put in safe mode?

I have seen some systems do that.

Why do you want to do that?

1/3 of highway deaths are caused by drunks. The rest are by people who can't drive any better than a drunk.

I can't get logged on. It worked a couple of days ago and now it won't accept my password. I was going to log in to safe mode with command prompt to run NUSRMGR.CPL to reset the password.

How can I get to a command prompt to do that?
