Specs: Android
I am completely locked out of my windows 7 computer. I have no reset disk and no admin access. Safemode returns me to the login screen and forcing shutdown will not let me bypass without the disk. Is there another way to get into the computer?

Well, there is the sticky key trick, but youll need to boot with for example freeDOS from a usb disk....

(you can do something similar with a windows installation disk)

i you can boot in safe mode with command prompt, that will also work (i think)

boot from the freeDOS USB drive (you may need to change the boot order from the bios)
rename utillman.exe to utilman2.exe in C:\windows\system32
copy cmd.exe and save it as utilman.exe in the same directory
reboot the machine & boot from the disk
hit shift 5 times, which will now open CMD with NT system privileges instead of sticky keys.
then run the command:
net user YOURUSERNAME NEWPASSWORD
close cmd & try to logg in

There are many guides on how to do this online if you want every exact command you need to type in.

That is pretty much the only way i can see you recovering the account without copying the files to another disk & reinstalling windows.

7) Press enter as needed to go to next page.
8) Type the following commands.
Ren utilman.exe utilman2.exe
Copy cmd.exe utilman.exe
exit
9) Restart computer.
10) Click on Ease of Access at the login screen.
11) Command Prompt will open.
