also i tried to format my hard drive by a disk. but it seems to not want to load. it recognizes it being in my cd drive. but will not load. it says the same thing. should i take out my hard drive from my laptop and format it externally?

If you have the Win7 recovery or installation disk, you can rewrite the bootloader from it. Or a bulit-in recovery environment may be available as an option at the bootscreen.
