net user administrator is a command that is used to enable and disable Administrator account through the command prompt window. net user administrator /active:yes ( this is for enabling the account )
net user administrator /active:no ( this is for disabling the account )
You can use this command with an account that has admin privileges.

If you only enter net user, the users of the computer are listed in the command prompt window. Nothing else happens. If you get error 5, that may mean access denied. CoolGuy
