You should have posted this under Windows XP or Virus & security.

FIX rundll32.exe

Open Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder options, View Tab, UNCHECK Hide Protected operating system files, Click Yes to the warning message. Click Apply, OK.

Go to C:\Windows\System 32\Dllcache folder, locate rundll32.exe file, right-click on it and then select "Copy." Go to C:\Windows\System 32 folder and paste rundll32.exe into that directory.

Open Windows Explorer, go to Tools, Folder options, View Tab, CHECK Hide Protected operating system files, Click Apply, OK.

Reinstall OE:

Go to Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, Click Add Remove Windows Components, scroll down to OutLook Express and Check the check box next to it. Wizard will add the files back onto the system

MOOOOooove! OH and you're welcome!

You still may be infected....

Try going into Windows Safe Mode w/ Networking:

Restart your PC, Press the F8 key several times BEFORE Windows loads.....this will bring up a Black & White Advanced Options Start menu. Arrow down and select Safe Mode w/ Networking, then try above processes again.

You may want to install & update some anti-malware tools like MalwareBytes, Spybot Search & Destroy etc & scan your PC.
