Specs: Windows 7, Athlon 64 3700+ 2.2 GHz
Is there a way to copy a complete program with all the data that's attached to it so that I may put it on another computer? The program that I'm referring to is 'RegistWare' which is a Point of Sales program..I installed the software on another computer but It doesn't give you the option to import files ...! So I think maybe the best way is to copy the entire program and data...Any suggestions?

Stop trying to pirate software. I deleted the other responses.

In any event just copying over program files from one computer never works (unless it is one of those small stand alone single file programs). All the rest have registry entries so they have to be properly installed.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

I believe there is a misunderstanding here of what the poster was asking.

I read it that he wanted to move the programs and data from one computer to another. No piracy intended and sensible suggestions were given as to how this could be done, including contacting the publisher.

Too late now; the answers have gone and I have no doubt the OP has gone also never to revisit this site. An insensitive response to a genuine query IMO.

I see no mention of a 2nd license but I sure see software piracy which is against forum rules. If the OP had an objection s/he could have contacted myself or Jason via PM.
