Need to ask Administrator to delete CLDMA log file

Specs: Windows 7 -64 bet, core i7-6GB ram
I have laptop HP pavilion i7 dv6 ,suddenly I saw a file named CLDMA text log file in C partition have 189 GB so no any space free in C this file can not open in any program. when I tried to delete it the PC told me to ask the administrator befor deleting . what can I do plase ??

The administrator is the person with the main account. Just ask your admin or log in to your admin account (if you have one) and delete the log from there. The CLDMA text log is used for a program called Power DVD, so if you don't use that application it's safe to delete.

Disk clean up may work on it.

Boot to safe mode and open the user that is administrator and delete it.

I'd find the cmd application and right click on it to run it as admin. Then cd to root and delete the file that way.
