"i had to reset my computer due tovirus"

Then it would appear Norton didn't do it's job. You might want to consider removing it & trying something else.

But if you insist on keeping it, go to Start > All Programs, find the Norton icon on the list, right click on it & select Send to Desktop (create shortcut)

If you are going to use a different anti-virus first go to Norton's website and use their uninstaller, otherwise they could clash.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

Hi joyal73
Just open up all programs, left click on Norton and drag it to the desktop. By the way windows 64 could be any version of windows so we don't know which version you are using.
