Specs: Windows 7
I HAVE AN HC3003 MOUSE THAT HAS THE CORD THAT I HAVE A USB ADAPTER CONNECTED TO IT AND IT IS CONNECTED TO MY LAPTOP BY USING A USB ADAPTER HELP ME INSTALL IT PLEASE

First you need to turn off your caps lock.

Second, not all USB adapters are wired the same way. Try another.

Don't ever connect USB mouse to a hub. Mouse should always be plugged in directly to a USB port on the computer.

If you are using a PS/2 mouse with an adapter then you need to use the adapter that came with the mouse. If none came it may not be capable of working with an adapter.

Does the mouse work AFTER you boot to Windows?
