I updated my computer and now do not have my FAVORITES lists that I store things in.

If you just updated your browser like IE8 to IE9 then they are still there, just better disguised. On the right side are 3 symbols, the middle one is your favorites. If you prefer, you can restore the older look by right clicking on the top bar and adding back your Menu or Tool Bars that you like by clicking on them.

If you upgraded your operating system then you should have made preparations for this before you began the upgrade. If you give us more details including what OS you upgraded from and the method (upgrade or clean install), there may still be a way.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
