my Windows 7 computer crashes without warning

Specs: Windows 7, 1024
my computer crashes with the light on the cpu on. does it hibernate or what ? it does not come back to life by pressing anything on the keyboard and if i press the cpu botton(not restart button) for even 2 seconds it shuts down
plzz help!!!!!

1st go into control panel/power and check your options for hibernate/sleep, and set them to off.
then if your still having the same issue you need to look at driver issues/overheating/memory.
type reliability into the run box and check the reliability monitor, it may give you an indication of issues, also try events in computer/manage/events see if that gives you any indication of issues.

i hate computers!
but cant help myself....
