My web browsers crashes frequently

Specs: Windows 7, Intel Core 2 Duo/ 4Go DDR3
Hello...
I've a problem with my web browsers (Firefox and Chrome), that craches without limit, sometimes the blue screen apparear and windows restart, i'm using windows xp and 7 in the same machine, and the problem is more frequent with windows xp, web browsers are craching at the same frequence in both windows, but the blue screen is more with xp. i'm updating all my drivers and system updates, but no changes are marked on the probem. I'm using eset smart security v5,

I suggest you should first update your drivers and your programs on both of your operating systems.

If your problem persists:

Then you should do a disk check and system files check in both of your operating systems separately by running CHKDSK /R /F and SFC /SCANNOW from a command prompt with admin privileges.

If your problem persists:

Then you should test your RAM using a bootable CD or USB flash disk. Visit this site and download the program. Prepare a bootable CD or USB disk and boot to it to test your RAM. You should run the test for at least 4 hours.

Disable the auto-restart feature in both OS's, that way the blue screen will be displayed & you'll be able to record the error message & STOP code.

Being that it's happening in both OS's, my guess is you have a hardware problem, probably bad RAM. Try testing it with memtest86+

Thank you riider & suatcini , I had test your instructions; Scandisk doesn't report any problem in the disk, and memory test also,
But any change isn't made on the problem,
