my W7 computer shuts off and not coming on

Specs: Windows 07 ultimate, 74 gb
my computer shuts down an not comin on, i dont know what is the cause of it but the windows are not genuine anymore, i always leave it to sleep, my anti-virus has expired, my hard drive is half full, but it was running normal , but then it shuts off and when i press the power it isn't coming on, i havn't got any warning! i need help! please some one

That sounds like hardware/mainboard failure. You should take it to a shop for diagnotics to be run.

You don't have a legitimate license (you installed a critical update revealing that)

Could be something as simple as a defective power supply, start simple. Then you should consider the fragile situation using a hacked version of windows 7 ult. leaves you in. I did not start out owning all the software I used, but today I do. 1. I have all the installation files and a license key to reinstall in case the unthinkable happens.
2. You get all the updates
3. the folks who own the software eventually find ways to make it not desirable to pirate their software.
4) paid for software usually has the little bells and whistles the free things do not.
Some valid reasons I paid $139 for Win 7 home prem.
Test the power supply.....if there is no signs of life whatever, the power supply would be where I'd start. It sounds like hardware. If you have power but the computer does not boot up....see above recommendations. If you do get this running atleast install some antivirus, remove the old and put Avast, or AVG or some product......or you'll be back here real soon under the virus section.
