My screen is coming up blank when I go to check my emails. I go into aol.com and then click on the mail tab. The screen comes up telling me I have mail and how many, then when I click to bring them up, the screen is blank.

AOL will only help you if you have the pay version of AOL
Try a different sign-on screen. It's the main one.
Download AOL 9.6 if you don't have an old CD

It's listed as burn your own AOL CD Their are 2 versions.
It says to use Internet Explorer to download.
