Mine was 3GB And now the new ones is 4GB
And it also crashes
I formatted it , and crashed more

Did you check that your PC hardware was compatible with Windows 7 before installing it (in other words, could you find Windows 7 drivers on the PC manufacturer's website)?

if it's faulty hardware (and that seems most likely), start by testing the hard drive with diagnostic software which runs from a bootable CD. One of the best is Hitachi Drive Fitness Test: http://www.hgst.com/support/index-f...

Choose CD IMAGE on the downloads page.

Then install IMGBURN: http://www.filehippo.com/download_i...

Use IMGBURN to create the CD from the CD IMAGE file, then boot your faulty PC from that CD & Drive Fitness Test will open.

You'll need a PC with a CD-writer to create a bootable CD.

Tip: if someone tells you "change the RAM" or "change the hard drive" they are just guessing and you could be wasting money. Test the RAM or the hard drive first, don't just take their word for it.

'when my computer was good with me for 3 Years , it kept shutting down And shows a blue screen'

I'm just wondering WHY posters don't give us the EXACT error message from the bluescreen? That puzzles me the most BECAUSE that would surely give us an idea of what is going on...
