January 7, 2014 at 09:13:47
Specs: Windows 7
On my computer the website: http://learn.education2020.com/

when I log into my user, it shows everything fine... but when I go into a new segment it makes everything on the screen big and in the way. and does not allow me to click on it. I did my work on Firefox, and it worked fine. until I got to a video and need to download java update. I would really like some help with this as soon as possible. thanks.

After upgrading Java did you reboot your PC? This is the first (simple) thing to do.

I am on the guest name and I cannot get the password because my mom thinks I am to stupid to stay away from spam and virus websites. I fixed it last time... I just don't remember what I did... it had to do with something in the control panel or the settings on the internet. I don't remember ...

Hmm... your mom seems to be right . If you can't explain as you acted, how can anybody here give help? Anyway an admin password is not needed to reboot.

One way around this may be to install some more browsers, one is bound to work. Often, some sites don't work or work less good, in some browsers. Java may be the reason, but anything may be, actually.

Hi there.

I don't think it's appropriate to ridicule the OP. My how this place has fallen. At any rate have you tried your website in Internet Explorer?
