Typing in all caps is considered shouting and probably you will not receive any answers by doing so.Check to make sure there isn't a disk in your cd drive as this could cause that problem. Plus it may need a disk to resolve this problem.

Your laptop is attempting to boot to a network connection. This usually indicates your hard drive has died or the boot order has changed.

Explain what led up to this condition, if anything.

Did you make any changes in the setup files just before this occurred?

Is your hard drive new or recently formatted?

As stated above, all caps is considered shouting and therefore, rude.
