"what is the problem behind and how to solve so my laptop function normally?"
Time will tell, do all the basics, make sure you are not infected & that no other glitches are occurring.

Device manager, should'nt have any red or yellow marks in it.

Your description of what opens appears to be your BIOS set up utility. This is usually accessed by tapping a certain key during start up (your manual will tell you what key, your full manual will be online). It is possible that you either have a stuck key (that one) or that there is an issue in your BIOS that needs to be addressed. You can try 'Load Optimum Settings' or 'Load Default Settings' instead of 'Exit and Discard Changes' and this may fix the issue. If it does not close after loading one of the defaults then use 'Exit and Save Changes' after that. If it still opens on your next restart then you either have the stuck key or your 'coin' shaped CMOS battery (needed to remember BIOS settings) on your motherboard may be dead or not properly in its socket possibly from being dropped.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
