I have a feeling its a short circuit/hardware failure

In the meantime try plugging your keyboard in a different pc and see if it installs/works after 3 minutes. If it still beeps I'm pretty sure it's hardware failure.

If time is money, just buy a new 8$ keyboard :))

"I tried changing my administrator password ..."

As a guess, maybe you DID change the password but don't know
what you changed it to, so Windows is doing what it is supposed
to and stopping you from getting in.

"... and the website sayd to push control, alt, delete 2 times ..."

Website? Really? You didn't mean "website", did you? A Windows
error message is not a website.

Aauw thk you ima blondy hey. It worked so it was my keyboard thank you. My next problem is Im trying to get an old windows 7 computer connected to my internet. First I did connet the relevant cabling it shows online but wont go into website or emails , but since itsa old computer I dont know the administrator password. This is how this whole story happend with my keyboard lol. So currently its telling me only an administrator can change internet settings since, change dates as a user. How exactly do I get to change administrator username and password or wipe it from computer.
