Solved my is has been corrupted and I don't have a disk

Specs: Lenovo
Root cause found:
Unknown Bugcheck: Bugcheck B6
That's what comes up when I do a diagnostics check..
It also keeps saying: Start-up repair cannot repair this computer automatically.

Sounds like the OS is too corrupted to be able to run recovery off the HDD. Your only option would be to get a disk (maybe contact the manufacturer) and try running recovery from that, and if that doesn't work you'll just have to reinstall Windows.

Have you made any recent changes to hardware or software.

what operating system are you using.

are there any parameters listed after the "B6"

I take it you mean your OS is corrupted.

But which OS are you talking about?

If not too late... Is there anything on the hard drive you'd like to preserve/save? "Stuff" you really wouldn't like to lose?

If so boot with a Linux dvd and then you can access the entire hard drive and copy files to external media - typically dvd. Check the copies are accessible too on at least one other system if possible.

Then set about the rebuild routine etc.

Ubuntu.com is where to find a free ISO, which download, save, and then burn to a dvd. Boot with that dvd.
