My IE9 is not working

Specs: Windows 7
On my laptop every time I try to connect using IE browser, a window comes up saying IE is not working. I don't have any problem with my desktop.This has been going on for 2 days now. Help!

Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced tab and hit the Reset button.

You will lose some addons and customized features (the addons come back in time as you browse around).
