my computer shuts down without warning

Specs: Windows 7 PRO 64 , AMD Phenom 2x4 965, 6mgb ddr3
Went Bare bones - 1 stick memory , processor, keyboard, monitor. I get 1 beep and the monitor works good. Ran for 3 days no problem. Then shut down and got message on restart that "The System has recovered from an unexpected shut down".

Left click on the start button then right click on Computer or My Computer then left click on properties in the drop down menue then left click on Advanced System Settings. Then under Start Up and Recovery left click on settings. Under system failure remove the check mark next to Automatically Restart. After that just click ok until you have backed your way out.

If it happens again it will not simply reboot it should show a blue screen with imformation on it about the failure. If you post that here we may be able to direct you in the right direction.
