It does it more when I'm on the internet, or when I use certain programs; but, even when I'm not connected to the internet I have this problem.

Scan with Malwarebytes first to be sure it is not caused by some type of malware.
Install HWMonitor and report temperature readings to see if it is heat related (possibly a build up of dust internally).
Make a bootable CD with Memtest86 on it and boot to it. Let it run through all tests. Any errors might mean bad memory.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.

Make sure the case vents are not clogged up with dust too.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

You can also disable automatic restart on system failure so you don't have to look through Event Viewer (Start > search > type: eventvwr.msc) to get the error codes.

If you do use Event Viewer, check Windows Logs > Application for entries marked as errors and report back information from the General tab of such errors.
