Specs: Windows 7
my asus notebook will not restore or start up at all tried several times it did it everytime I turn it off so now its saying theres no restore points at all and it wont boot up to my desktop just stays on a black screen it will let me go to repair start up and now saying im running in a dionostic mode so no restore points what do I do now????

Safest approach, If you have not backed up your important stuff, you need to take the drive out & connect it to another computer. You can then save your stuff.
