Moving programs from Virus PC to new PC

September 1, 2011 at 15:45:23
Specs: Windows 7
I got a virus/malware on my old computer, ate the computer IP and caused all kinds of problems. I have Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator on the virus computer and want to move it over to the new computer, is it "dangerous" to do that?

If I download a trial version of Photo shop on the new computer, will this cause problems when I move the photoshop program from the old computer to the new computer?

You can't move programs from one machine to another. If you can get rid of all the infections, you can clone the drive and then use it in the new machine. your best bet is to reinstall everything.
