Monitor turning off

Win7 keeps turning my monitor off.

My monitor does have some form of 'can't restore after sleep' function?
I dual boot and to keep this from happening in XP I just use a screen saver.
I try this in win7 and while the screen saver kicks in after it's allotted time at some point it then turns the monitor off???

I've configured power options to never this and never that but it still turns my monitor off.
This does not happen in XP.

Any ideas?

I may have fixed it?

Updated the ATK0110 ACPI UTILITY driver and it seems to be working so far.
