Monitor shuts off, Computer freezes

Specs: Windows 7 32, AMD Phenom II X2 550
I've read many other threads like this one, but none help!

PSU is LOGISYS Computer PS550ABK 550Watts ATX12V Power Supply With SATA and 20/24 Pin connectors. (Replaced 9/8/12). Processor is AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 550 Processor. GPU is ASUS HD 7750 replaced 9/26/12. 4 GB Ram. HD is SSD 1GB installed 9/8/12. MB Asus M4A79 Deluxe. Clean Windows 7 32 bit install on new SSD HD around 9/12/12.

Had this PC for over 3 years then it started shutting down and/or restarting. Replaced PSU, GPU and HD (tried reinstalling windows and had a shut down mid install which put me in a recursive unbreakable loop.)

Had it running for 2 days - no problems. Now it shuts down monitor but I can hear CPU and PSU fans running. It just did it while typing this (but forum saved info. very cool)

I have installed Speed fan. Core is 36C, CPU is 33C. GPU 29C, MB 27C. It keeps doing this.

Screen just goes black. Power indicator goes amber. I have to hit the reset button and then tell the boot screen to boot windows normally. Occasionally my USB keyboard is not recognized after this and I have to wait the 30 seconds til windows restarts on its own...

Also - all sleep settings have been switched to NEVER, but still has problem.

Have you tried testing your RAM? Download MemTest86+ *.iso & burn it to a disk, then boot from it to check the RAM for errors.

Memtest86+ *.iso

Google is your friend

Have a GREAT day!
