Mobo, ram, and processor upgrade does not boot os

Specs: Windows 7
I have upgraded my mobo, processor, and ram, and now my computer's operating system auto-resets, how do I fix this?

Specs:

Motherboard: ASUS P8B75-M
Processor: Intel i5 3570K
RAM: 2x4GB G. Skill F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL
OS: Windows 7 64mb

You have to re-install Windows from a retail Windows DVD whenever the motherboard has been changed. Have you done that? If not, that's what you need to do.
