Microsoft Bing freeze in videos

Specs: Windows 7
I first had this last year-STARTED AFTER I REMOVED THE BING BAR), so, I associated it with that as I also have internet freezes too where the explorer stops working. Dell installed a driver; Windows Media Center was also stuttering a bit with start up when I wanted to use the DVD player; I also had a wireless connection error at the time; it said I was not on wirlessly..but I was on with a wireless conection. I was under warranty at that time. So, Dell ended up doing a reset for my cp back to factory(6-20-2012). The beep left and everything was fine. Then, I had a strange system take ove Sept 28- by windows media center..every icon changed to media center's icon and the center kept reloading. Dell first said it was a virus; but they never located one. They turned the media center off; fixed some keys in the registering and everything was fine; except that windows media was turned off. When we turned it back on; the beep returned in the videos and music playing. We again set it back to factory Oct 3; on October 8th after updates for the Intel Rapid Storage Technology; the bing and freeze returned. So, is it the Intel Rapid Storage technology?

Look for updates to the IRST driver on the Dell and Intel sites. It might be.

Check your hard drive for data errors:
