how do i fix this problem?

Remove one stick at a time until the problem goes away or use a memory checking program.

Try #1. memtest86 is one. Get it at the link below. Before bothering with a test unplug the computer and snap each module in and out 4 or 5 times to burnish the contacts. Then restart to see if that cured the problem.

Did you install any new hardware or software just prior to this message appearing?
