You will need to describe exactly what you wish to do and in detail. Of particular importance, do you want the application to run before or after someone logs on?
What is the nature of the application?
Did you create it?

Are you trying to replace the default login system? For security reasons Windows imposes some very strict requirements. I can't help you with this but others may. You really should have researched this first.

Replacing the standard Windows login is an advanced topic which few programmers have knowledge of. For security reasons Windows imposes some very strict requirements as to how this must be done. This is not a simple thing.

Your best source of information will be an Internet search and MSDN documentation.
