Logmein free remote desktop assistance license agreement

July 15, 2014 at 12:43:40
Specs: Windows 7 64, P4- 2.8 ghz 22 gb
We are a small to medium size company and we are considering using logmein remote desktop assistance to help out our end user when necessary.

I'm trying to find out the licensing agreement to use logmein free in an enterprise environment and I am unable to.

Just wondering if any knows for sure if an enterprise can use logmein free for free

Thanks

At one time there was Logmein Free for businesses with up to 10 computers. But as of January 2014 that is no more. There is no free version of Logmein.

Business users using logmein Central (not free) can use the "Logmein free" version when they don't require the extra features of pro. This is common when you have remote users.

Here is the free versus pro comparison https://secure.logmein.com/comparis...

So yes you can have "logmein free" as well as "logmein pro" on different machines all legally in a business environment if you have logmein central paid for.

I amend my previous post - it's free as long as you pay for it.

Teamviewer for business you're also supposed to pay, it warns you every time you close it on screen. Logmein "free" indeed as long as you already paid for central. Good point
