Local disk D is almost full how can transfer

Specs: Windows 7
Local disk D is almost full with local disk C still having memory space. How can I transfer stuff to local disk C.

What are the specs on your machine, make and model #. If you have an off the shelf machine, your D partition might be a restore partition and shouldn't be messed with. The C drive will be your primary or boot partition and should contain the operating system. You can't transfer programs, only things like pictures saved files etc. To move things from one partition to another, you can open Windows Explorer and just drag and drop from one drive to another.
