Lenovo laptop Onekey not working cant do factory reset

Specs: Windows 7, 500
hello! i have a lenovo b575 laptop but when i push the onekey button at start up it starts as if it would have of if i pushed the power button as a regular start up and i have no disk or any thing like that and the only thing i want to do is a factory reset as of if i just got the laptop out of the box. please help if you can! thank you!!! the computer is a lenovo b575 with windows 7 thanks again!

You might check the manual for your model to make sure but it appears you start it up using the onekey key and not the power-on key to do the restore. Some info in this thread:

Try pressing F8 (repeatedly) when the machine is booting up and access the boot menu, choose Repair. There might be an option to factory restore in there. Some Toshiba's and Samsung's have this facility.

Unknown has caused an error in unknown and unknown needs to restart.
