Specs: Windows 7
I tried to download programs to windows7 that originally ran on windows 98 and windows XP but was unable to download them because the software was to old .I was wondering if there was a change I could make to windows 7 to make these older programs work on windows 7 .Thank you

right click the setup files and go to the compatibility tab. You can use compatibility to tell windows 7 to run them as if they were running in an older os

You should actually try to run them in administrator mode first, then try the compatibilty mode.
