laptop wireless mouse cursor jumps around when using at home

Specs: Windows 7
While using my laptop at work everything is fine. When I use same laptop at home, my cursor is jumping. I am using a wireless mouse. Hoping you can help.

try putting the wireless on a sheet of white paper and check the battery in the mouse.

Some surfaces are not wireless mouse friendly.....and all kinds of crazy stuff starts to happen when the battery gets to low.

There may be too many 2.4 GHz wireless devices around causing interference. Try re-matching the receiver-mouse combination to switch to a different channel.
