With laptops, many default power settings tell them to turn off so they can save energy, and battery life. Disabling this will make your battery drain faster, but it might stop the computer from turning off. Here is how:

1. Click Start>Control Panel>Power Options
2. Now change the "System Standby" and "System Hibernate" on battery and AC power to never, or however long you want the computer to stay on before it turns off.
3. Then click the "Save As" button and give it a name, and click OK.
4. Then click "Apply" and "OK".

Does it work now?

If you still have trouble it is probably overheating. Post back for more advice on that if needed.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
