What message do you get when you run this?

1: Download & run Unhide
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/for...
http://download.bleepingcomputer.co...
To run Unhide, simply download it to your desktop and then double-click on the Unhide icon. The program will open a black box and start making the files on your fixed disks visible again. Please note, that this program will not unhide removable drives like flash cards and usb drives as the FakeHDD rogues do not target these types of drives. Once it has finished, the program will display a Windows alert stating that your files have been restored. You should then reboot your computer for all of the settings to go into effect.
Copy & Paste the contents of the log. Let me know if it doesn't produce a log please.

2: Reboot

3: Download Security Check by screen317 from one of the following links and save it to your desktop.
http://screen317.spywareinfoforum.o...
http://screen317.changelog.fr/Secur...
Please restart the computer before running this security check..
* Double click SecurityCheck.exe. If you run Windows Vista or 7/8, right click and choose 'Run as Administrator'.
o If you are asked by Windows to run this program or not, please click 'Yes' or 'Run'.
o When you see a console window, press any key to continue scanning.
o Wait while it scans.
o If your firewall alerts you of Security Check, please press 'Allow' or similar.
* A Notepad document should open automatically after scan is completed. It will be called checkup.txt; Please Copy and Paste the contents into your reply.
Note: If a security program requests permission from dig.exe to access the Internet, allow it to do so.

Hi gerden,

Remove Java using Revouninstaller. Perform a deep scan to remove it completely. Use the link given below for RevoUninstaller:

http://dell.to/1evJUai

After uninstalling the system, restart the system and install Java.

NOTE: Please create a backup of the registry.

Thanks & Regards

Ok, here is my Revo info.

Revo Uninstaller
http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/...
http://www.softpedia.com/progScreen...
http://www.revouninstaller.com/
Open Revo, double click on a program logo, click > Yes & then you get your options, with Advanced down the bottom.
If you have partially uninstalled your program, you get a message from Revo, that it can't find the uninstaller, hit Cancel & let Revo continue on, to search for the remnants.
If you get a reboot message, ignore it & do it after Revo has finished.
I use Advanced Mode. Screenshots of how to use.

Lets see if this helps.

Run TFC.
http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/file...
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/dow...
http://oldtimer.geekstogo.com/TFC.exe
http://www.itxassociates.com/OT-Too...
Please double-click TFC.exe to run it. (Note: If you are running on Vista/Windows 7/8, right-click on the file and choose Run As Administrator).
It will close all programs when run, so make sure you have saved all your work before you begin.
Click the Start button to begin the process. Depending on how often you clean temp files, execution time should be anywhere from a few seconds to a minute or two. Let it run uninterrupted to completion.
Once it's finished it should reboot your machine. If it does not, please manually reboot the machine yourself to ensure a complete clean.

Going to bed now.

Run JavaRa to really make sure all remnants of Java are gone & try again, after reinstalling Java.

Hope you had a good sleep. I have tried everything that you suggested but I still get java not detected even though everything in the java console is right and the manage add ons is correct. My company is going to the Kronos system for timekeeping at my job. When I try to log on it says the java plug in has failed. Whatever happens I want to thank you for your continued expertise.
