Solved iTunes is not loading

Specs: Windows 7, 4 GB
Hi,

I updated iTunes to the new version & am unable to load it.

Below is the error:

"I tunes has stopped working"

I have uninstalled & reinstalled iTunes but still not able to get it to work. I have no clue why this error is coming.

Anyone can guide me on what to do?

I believe CoreAudioToolbox.dll is a component of Apple Quicktime so I would install latest version of Quicktime first, then try installing iTunes again.

There may be a version problem. Install the previous version and then check once if it helps !!
