You're on dial up? I wouldn't expect a pseudo interface to have a physical address.

So, first question: Do you have a network card, or network port on your system?

Second question: Do you have WiFi on your computer?

My internet connectin comes via USB,wich mean I have a Portable USB pen on my PC (not laptop )

And I think I have a network card.
And my pc doesn't have WIFI. That's why I have a portable USB pen with a package of net.
But also,I could use a UTP cable (it will work)

try

ipconfig /all

not

ipconfig/all

There is a space between ipconfig and /all

Well, unless "PPP" means something different in Portuguese, you're either using Point-to-Point, or the USB device is emulating it. If so, and you don't have any other network device, then you don't have a MAC address.

Well, I'm not sure why you need a MAC, but if you want to spoof it, you can install the Microsoft Loopback Adapter. That will give you a fake network device, and you can set its MAC to whatever you want.
