internet explorer stops responding

Specs: Windows 7
my internet explorer stops responding after a while. i am using wireles internet on laptop. This is really enoying me. Please help!

When this happens, have you checked to see if your wireless is still connected?
Have you tried using an ethernet cord to your router to see if the problem remains? If you are still having problems hardwired, it is your computer or more likely internet explorer. If the problem goes away hard wired, you are having wireless problems.
Have you cleaned out your browser's internet history, cookies, viewed web pages, etc. recently? If these folders get filled up, your browser slows down and eventually begins to experience problems including freezing.
Post back results.

I have used an ethernet cord ands the problem still persists. i have cleaned out browser history, cookies etc and nothing has helped. is there anything else that i can do? my wireless is still connected when the inyernet stops responding.

Try another browser like Firefox to see if is internet explorer itself or not.

You have to be a little bit crazy to keep you from going insane.
