Laptop? Desktop? dial up/highspeed? Internet explorer not working meaning:
- it opens but does not connect to the internet
- it only returns an error when trying to open but does not open...the error is?
- t's gone, there is no icon for it anywhere so you cannot find it to open the program?

Could I have deleted it? Sure anything is possible, but were you doing anything at the time this stopped functioning or did it suddenly stop?

Are you connecting wirelessly through a router off a laptop or do you connect via an ethernet cable? You have internet access enough to post. You could download to a usb device google chrome or firefox web browser install one and see if they work. Otherwise I need more information on the problem please.

The first thing to do is to determine if you do actually have an Internet connection and you don't need Internet Explorer to do that.

The way to do that is to go into your routers adim screen and determine it from that. That's if you do have a router.

Some information as to how you connect to the Internet would take the guess work out of it.
