Solved internet explorer 10 how to check from 32 or 64 bit

Specs: Windows 7
I can't tell for sure if I have IE 10 32 or 64 bit running. I have Windows 7 64 bit. Since upgrading from IE 9 to IE 10 it seems slower and I can't find any indication that the IE 10 I downloaded is 64 bit. I tried the "About" and it only gives me a version number. I specifically downloaded the 64-bit version and tried to installed and it said I already had a later version BUT it is suppose to say 64 bit in the shortcut command and it doesn't so...?

"For compatibility reasons, Microsoft designed IE10 to run in 32-bit mode by default - and unlike its predecessors - there isn't an obvious option or shortcut to launch the 64-bit version. It took us a while, but we finally found a way to run IE10 in 64-bit mode."
