Specs: Windows 7, Pentium Dual Core CPU/ 4.00gb ram
At my house we've got a netgear wireless router, running on virgin broadband.

We've had no trouble with the connection speed etc since day 1, but about 2 weeks ago my laptop starting running really, really slowly when browsing, connection regularly times out and just takes an age to do anything.

All the other computers that are connected to the system are still fine, I've tried turning all the other computers off, and resetting the router, but when I turn it back on it's still no good.
I formatted my pc back to factory settings incase I'd got a virus on it or something like that that may have caused the problem.

If I connect to any of my friends networks at their houses, the internet is fine on it. It's just when I use the network at my house.

It's getting really annoying because I use the internet for work. If anyone has any idea what could solve this problem I'd be massively appreciative.

Delete your existing wireless profile on your laptop that connects your laptop to your home router, then set up a new wireless connection to the router from scratch.
